Sharon, where do I begin with you! I honestly was such a lucky bride to have you as my HMUA. From the booking you, to the trial and then to the wedding day, you were so amazing. My initial consultation was a dream with you, you were so wonderful in helping my chose how I wanted my wedding look. Nothing was too big of a task and when I took my first look after my trial, I knew I’d made the best decision as choosing you as my bridal artist. You were understanding of what my worries and desires were for my look, and you took them on board and executed the best bridal look I could have ever asked for. The wedding morning was so relaxed and chilled, we laughed the early hours away and you helped me have the best start to my wedding morning. I felt like a proper princess on my wedding day, and I’m truly thankful for everything you did. My hair and make up stayed put all day and did not budge! I decided early on that I only needed three things to get married:
- My grandma to be able to attend
- A Hindu ceremony
- Sharon Roda to help me look and feel my best on my big day.
We booked the wedding on short notice, so I was a little worried that Sharon wouldn’t have availability for me, but thankfully she was free! And boy did she deliver! Sharon took the time to listen to what I thought I wanted (although I wasn’t 100% sure at the time) and talked through all my options with me. She made me feel really comfortable throughout from the trial to the day and she made me feel so beautiful. Most importantly, Sharon made sure that I still looked like me. I can’t recommend her highly enough to anybody wanting to look and feel incredibly special on such a momentous day.

Knowing your wedding day is the most important of your life, you know you need somebody who you can trust to bring your vision to life. For me, Sharon did that! We had no trials or anything before hand, just a simple discussion of the looks that I am wanting for each of my events! And let’s just say each look that Sharon did for me, she smashed it! All were unique and different, and just how I wanted it! From the civil to the reception, each look was its own perspective! Sharon was efficient, understanding, and so gentle, that I won’t lie I did fall asleep a couple of times in the chair haha! I can’t thank Sharon enough for understanding and executing my vision so beautifully and making my every look so unique! I had a few make up trials with different MUAs but Sharon really listened to what I wanted and nailed my perfect wedding look first time. She took the time to understand my personality rather than apply layers of heavy make up for the typical bridal look.
On my actual wedding day Sharon was completely professional and had a huge calming effect whilst getting me ready. I had complete trust in her process and ended up feeling like a princess on my big day!
